HOME STUDY- LEARNING FROM HOME

 

A home study course offers you the opportunity to learn from the comfort of your own home.  This means that you can study at a time that suits you best but it does require a certain amount of discipline!  Sometimes you may need support and advice and we aim to provide you with the support you need.


HOME STUDY -OPTIONS

A number of enrollment options are now available.


  1. 1.Enroll on the course for two years with garden visits included.

  2. 2.You can choose to enroll on the course without any garden visit seminars.

  3. 3.Choose  to enroll and attend garden visits and seminars only for a 12 month period.

  4. 4.A combination of options 2 and 3.

  5. 5.Extend the enrollment period for an extra twelve moths once our initial enrollment period has elapsed.



ENROLLING AND PAYMENT METHODS

 

You can enroll immediately using PayPal or download a form and return by post to The Garden School Home. You can finish your course as quick as you like but there is no need to rush.

Should you not be satisfied after 7 days, you may decide to interrupt the course and we will return  your enrollment fee less postage costs, on condition that the Study Packs and the CD are returned to The Garden School.

Note: The examination fees are not included.  Exam fees are paid to The Garden School for all exams in Ireland. These fees are then forwarded to the RHS.

OPTION 3 - Garden Visits for 12 Month Period (10 visits)

TWELVE MONTHS ENROLLMENT PERIOD

GARDEN SEMINARS ONLY

Ten visits to the National Botanic Gardens in Dublin with Ciaran Burke as your guide. Join with the students from the home study course for walks in the gardens and classroom sessions.Learn about plants through the seasons, garden techniques and lots of other interesting garden information. Ideal for past students, for those that want a less formal course or for those.
